4. Wallet Connection and Security
You are responsible for protecting your wallet, private keys, recovery phrases and device security. Nextora Academy will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase.
5. Packages, Payments and Course Access
Access to courses and platform features may depend on the package selected by the user. Blockchain transactions are generally final and irreversible after confirmation.
Users must review package information, pricing and access conditions before completing any transaction.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital course access and blockchain-based transactions may not be refundable after activation or confirmation, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Nextora Academy.
7. Educational and Financial Disclaimer
Courses related to forex, crypto, blockchain, digital business or income strategies are provided for education only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

8. No Guaranteed Income
Nextora Academy does not guarantee income, profit, business success, network growth or financial returns. Results depend on individual knowledge, effort, decisions, market conditions and other factors outside the platform's control.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Attempting to compromise platform or wallet security.
- Sharing unauthorized copies of paid course material.
- Misrepresenting Nextora Academy or making false claims.
- Using automated methods to disrupt platform services.
10. Intellectual Property
Course videos, documents, graphics, branding, software and educational material belong to Nextora Academy or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, sold or republished without written authorization.
11. Third-Party Services
The platform may use third-party wallets, blockchain networks, oracle services, hosting providers and analytics tools. Their availability and operation may be governed by separate terms.
12. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always operate without interruptions, delays, maintenance periods or technical errors.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextora Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of funds, profits, data, wallet access or business opportunities resulting from use of the platform.
14. Account or Access Restriction
We may restrict platform access where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these terms, engaged in fraud, abused the platform or created a security risk.
